With an almost unhealthy passion Roos dives into specific topics to try to completely understand it; the user, the context, the approaches and methods, and creative facilitation techniques. Or how the brain is programmed to deal with specific situations, how to create the best sourdough bread or why her plants keep dying on her. Roos comes fresh from the Netherlands, she has a master’s in Design for Interaction, worked at a small digital workplaces agency as well as at Deloitte to improve the Employee Experience. Now she’s exploring experiences of- and with TX Group users to be able to fully map out contexts and needs, to ensure that products perfectly fit their target audience.
